The Nja Mahdaoui Foundation is dedicated to preserve and promote contemporary and modern art from the MENA region, along with the artistic legacy of Nja Mahdaoui, through conservation, education and research.
MISSION
Established in Paris in 2025 by the artist's family, its mission is to preserve Nja Mahdaoui’s legacy, foster the study and appreciation of his life and work, to encourage new discussion and further a deeper understanding of his artistic process, his contemporaries, and their historical context, through research, exhibitions, by providing access to his archives and by developing scholarly and educational programs.
